- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
- Customized, altered, or personalized items
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share clear photos/videos of the product if required
- Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

We may offer size or product exchanges depending on product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for quick resolution.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted

- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
